Peter Hernandez
Whelen All-American
Peter Hernandez is no spring chicken.  Has many years of experience and with a team that doesnt have any experience to the Cup level.

He is a threat each week in the West Late Models and the Whelen All-American Racing Series.  Not sure if this is enough to push him through the ranks.

NASCARS first drive for diversity winner in 2006 and shows he can get it done by beating other drivers for the award.

Not sure if we will see him at the big show but is a fan favorite in California
